01 FAQ What happens when I order a Shopify or WordPress store design?
Your design manager will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order and collect information about your business including:
- Brand information (colors, logo)
- If you need a logo or branding design
- Product images & product information (if not dropshipping)
- Products you want us to add to your store (if dropshipping)
Once your manager has what they need, they will begin setting up and designing your store.

Or any other informational, non-essential page (essential pages are included by default.)
Product pages don’t count towards your page limit since they are necessary for the products to go live.
